The IT Department at Alnoor University held an extensive meeting chaired by Asst. Lect. Abdulrahman A. Mahmoothe department head, with the attendance of the heads of various computer and website units at the university. During the meeting, the team from the Department of Computer Science presented their achievement in implementing the official email system (inbound and outbound), which is seen as a significant step in enhancing administrative work efficiency and formal correspondence within the university. The meeting also focused on the development of websites for the university's colleges and units, emphasizing the importance of continuous technical updates and ensuring the readiness of digital content to serve students and faculty. Additionally, the discussion included monitoring students through the university's electronic system, improving user experience, and overcoming technical challenges to facilitate academic procedures for students. At the end of the meeting, a future work plan was established, which includes updating the digital infrastructure, expanding electronic services, and reviewing and updating the previous plan to align with technological advancements and the university's needs.
