. Professor Dr. Shahrazad Mohammed Shihab a faculty member in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education. Alnoor University, participated as a member of the examination committee for the PhD candidate Omar Aziz Marhoon Abbas. His dissertation was submitted to the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Mosul and was titled "Organizational Power and Its Relationship to Intellectual Capital and Strategic Success Among Heads of Departments at the University of Mosul Colleges from the Perspective of Faculty Members." At the end of the discussion, the Dean of the College awarded Professor Dr. Shahrazad Mohammed Shehab a certificate of appreciation in recognition of her distinguished role in the examination.
