The Dean of the Technical Engineering College at Alnoor University chairs the master's thesis defense committee of a student at the University of Mosul.

Professor Professor Dr. Kamel Ali Almohseen Dean of the College of Technical Engineering Professor Emeritus Dr. Kamel Ali Abdul-Muhsin, Dean of the College of Technical Engineering at Alnoor University, chaired the master's thesis defense committee of the student Sura Hussein Abdul-Jaleel in the Department of Dam and Water Resources Engineering at the College of Engineering, University of Mosul. Her thesis is titled “Evaluation of Badoosh Dam Performance under Different Scenarios of Mosul Dam Reservoir Conditions.” The defense was held on the morning of Tuesday, June 3, 2025. The defense committee included faculty members from the College of Engineering at the University of Mosul.
