New Scientific Release from Alnoor University: The Journal of Digital Innovation in Financial and Administrative Studies

The Journal of Digital Innovation in Financial and Administrative Studies is published by the College of Technical Management at Alnoor University. It is dedicated to publishing peer-reviewed scientific research in the fields of digital innovation, technological transformation, governance, and modern administrative and financial applications, with an emphasis on practical and applied approaches to contemporary digital challenges.
 The inaugural issue (Issue Zero) includes six peer-reviewed scientific papers, authored by a distinguished group of researchers from prominent Arab and international universities, including:
Alnoor University – Iraq, Cihan University – Erbil (Kurdistan Region, Iraq), Blida 2 University – Algeria, and Kuban State Agrarian University – Russia,
as well as RUDN University – Russia,
University of Bordeaux Montaigne – France,
and Cihan University-Erbil – Iraq.
This publication marks an ambitious foundational step toward establishing the journal as a reputable academic platform in the fields of digitalization and modern management, serving as an open scientific outlet for researchers worldwide to contribute to the advancement of managerial and financial thought in the context of the digital economy.
It is worth noting that publication in the journal is completely free of charge, in support of open scientific research and to encourage broad academic participation. This issue also fulfills one of the key requirements for the journal’s accreditation by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for purposes of academic promotion and other scientific activities.
