Alnoor University sponsors and hosts the activities of the Higher Education Platform Conference.

Under the gracious patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and in the presence of Professor Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayyat, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Haider Abdul Dhahd, Deputy Minister for Scientific Affairs, and hosted by Alnoor University, the Ministry held the Higher Education Platform Conference on the morning of Saturday, July 19, 2025. The event was attended by presidents of Iraqi universities and members of their university councils. A special video related to the conference was presented, followed by three speeches delivered by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education, the Deputy Minister for Scientific Affairs, and the President of Alnoor University, ,Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Alhajjar, Then, Dr. Ameer Thuwaini, Director of the Department of Information Technology at the Ministry, gave a presentation on the Higher Education Platform. Afterward, student ID cards were distributed, and the conference concluded with a closing speech by Dr. Haider Abdul Dhahd, Deputy Minister for Scientific Affairs.
