The Deputy Minister of Higher Education for Scientific Affairs, Inaugurates the Electronic Incubator at Alnoor University

In the presence of Professor Dr. Muzahim Qasim Al-Khayyat, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education, and in conjunction with the convening of the Higher Education Platform Conference, Professor Dr. Haider Abdul-Dhahad, Deputy Minister of Higher Education for Scientific Affairs, inaugurated the Electronic Incubator at Alnoor University. He reviewed its components, equipment, and operational readiness, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Yaseen Taha Alhajjar, President of Alnoor University, Dr. Bashar Mahmoud Ali, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees, along with several university presidents and college deans.
