Alnoor University is present at the closing ceremony of the international development course in Moscow.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research,
and under the supervision of Dr. Salah Al-Fatlawi, Head of the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority,
The Department of Student Activities, in cooperation with the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia in Moscow, Russian Federation, concluded the International Development Course for directors of student activities departments in both public and private universities and colleges. The course was held from July 26 to August 2, with 45 participants representing 38 public and private universities.
The opening ceremony of the program was attended by official government and parliamentary figures from both countries, in addition to Olympic athletes, and directors of sports and media institutions.
The program included multiple lectures covering both theoretical and practical aspects, formation of working groups, panel discussions, and field visits to various sports facilities.
This program aligns with the vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to emphasize and diversify student activities and to keep pace with advanced international experiences in order to create an inclusive university environment suitable for students across all disciplines.
