The English Conversation Course was launched at Alnoor University on the morning of Tuesday, August 19, 2025, under the title:
“Mosul Speak up!”
Designed for the university’s teaching and administrative staff, the course is part of a program aimed at developing language skills and enhancing communication abilities in line with the demands of both the local and international labor market.
The course program is prepared and delivered by Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Nizar Al-Abbasi, Head of the Volunteer Work Division in the Student Activities Department at Alnoor University.
This initiative comes in response to the urgent need to strengthen English conversation skills.
It aims to enable participants to improve their speaking and listening skills and use the language in various real-life and academic situations.
This contributes to enhancing academic and administrative performance while keeping pace with modern developments in the workplace.
The course lasts for eight weeks, with two lectures per week.
It takes place in an interactive environment that relies on practical training and the exchange of experiences among participants.
