Two faculty members from Al-Noor University participated as members of the PhD defense committee for a doctoral student at the University of Mosul.

Assistant Professor Dr. Marwan Mohammad Abdullah (member) and Professor Dr. Diaa Najm Abdullah Al-Subha (member and supervisor), both faculty members at Alnoor University, participated in the PhD defense committee for doctoral student Zaid Abdulkarim Mohammad Mahmoud Al-Sharifi. On his dissertation submitted to the Department of Chemistry, College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Mosul. Titled: “Development of Analytical Methods for the Estimation of Some Pharmaceutical Compounds and Their Binary Mixtures Using Various Reagents.”
The study addressed the development of a simple and sensitive direct spectroscopic method for the estimation of Omeprazole and Pantoprazole Sodium in their pure forms and in pharmaceutical preparations.
