A faculty member from the College of Arts at Alnoor University participates in a Master’s thesis defense at the University of Tikrit.

Assistant Professor Dr. nazim younis salihfaculty member at the College of arts a faculty member at the College of Arts at Al-Noor University, participated on the morning of Tuesday, 26/8/2025, as a member of the defense committee for the Master’s student Lina Star Jabbar Maktaa on her thesis submitted to the College of Arts at the University of Tikrit / Department of Translation, titled:
“Bridging the Language Gap in Arabic Medical Terminology Translation into English”
The thesis addressed the challenges of translating medical terminology from Arabic into English, and sought practical solutions to help bridge the language gap and advance the scientific aspect in this vital field.
Dr. nazim younis salih participation comes within the framework of scientific and academic cooperation among Iraqi universities, and strengthens the active role of Al-Noor University faculty members in research activities and academic discussions both inside and outside the university.
