 Good news for engineers wishing to pursue their postgraduate studies!
Based on the Law of the Principles of Certificate Equivalency No. (20) of 2020, which allows the exemption of postgraduate students (Master’s and PhD) from the residency requirement in the country of the granting university,
Alnoor University is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Master’s Program in Engineering Management , in collaboration with UTP University, Malaysia  the highly reputable
 Program Features:
 ✅ The entire study is conducted in Iraq – at Alnoor University.
 A certificate issued by UTP, Malaysia, which is internationally accredited.
 Required documents:
 1️⃣ Bachelor's degree (any engineering discipline) in both Arabic and English, stamped and certified by:
 • Ministry of Higher Education
 • Ministry of Foreign Affairs
 Experience certificate in English (for those with a GPA below 60%).
 Language proficiency certificate:
 • TOEFL with a minimum score of 500, or
 • IELTS with a minimum score of 5.
