The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs selects Prof. Dr. Yas Khudair Al-Bayati as a lecturer in a specialized diplomatic course.

The Diplomatic Institute at the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs concluded a specialized training course titled “Managing Diplomatic Campaigns to Support National and Arab Causes.” The course was held over three intensive days, from August 26 to 28, 2025, totaling fifteen training hours. It aimed to equip diplomats and ministry staff with the latest professional and creative tools for designing diplomatic campaigns that serve Arab causes at both the national and regional levels.
The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs selected Prof. Dr. Yas Khudair Al-Bayati, Head of the Digital Media Department at Alnoor University, as the main lecturer for this course, in recognition of his distinguished Arab reputation and outstanding academic and media standing. Al-Bayati provided the participating diplomats, working in various Qatari missions worldwide, with a set of in-depth theoretical and practical modules in the fields of strategic planning, critical analytical studies, and innovative solutions to diplomatic challenges.
