The Assistant Dean of the College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University discusses master’s student at the University of Duhok

The Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Rashid Hussein, Assistant Dean, participated College of Law and Political Science For Scientific Affairs at Alnoor University, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, as a member of the examination committee for the master’s student Dalan Ramadan Saadallah for his thesis submitted to the College of Law at the University of Duhok, entitled: (The Legal System of Administrative Licensing in the Field of Investment – The Residential Project License as a Model.
Dr. Bashar Rasheed's participation came within the framework of scientific cooperation and the exchange of academic expertise between Iraqi universities, supporting the progress of scientific research and the development of advanced legal studies.
