The Legal Clinic Unit organized ,College of Law At Alnoor University, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit of the college, on the morning of Sunday, October 19, 2025, a training course entitled Administrative Investigation
Supervised the course Professor Dr. hassan mohammed ali albanan The faculty member in the College of Law, who delivered the first lecture, in which he addressed the concept of administrative investigation and its importance in ensuring functional integrity and the proper performance of institutions
The course program included various lectures, during which spoke Dr. Husam Mohsin Abdulazeez Regarding the competent authority for referral, Dr. Bashar Rashid Hussein, Assistant Dean of the College, discussed the means of administrative investigation, and the course concluded with a lecture by Dr. Waleed Amin on the substantive safeguards that ensure the fairness of procedures.
This course aims to promote a culture of administrative and legal compliance among participants and to develop their skills in conducting investigations in accordance with proper legal procedures.
