With the support of Alnoor University, the First International Forum of Continuing Education Centers kicks off at the Northern Technical University

On the morning of Tuesday, October 28, 2025, the proceedings of the First International Forum of Continuing Education Centers in Iraqi Universities were launched, organized by the Northern Technical University under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and with the support of Alnoor University under the slogan: Continuing Education Renewed Horizons for Leading and Sustainable Iraqi Universities.
The forum opened with a speech by the representative of the Ministry of Higher Education, followed by a speech by Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Alattar, President of the Northern Technical University, then he delivered Dr. Ismail Abdulwahhab Ismail, The Assistant President of Alnoor University for Scientific Affairs at Alnoor University delivered the speech on behalf of the supporting entities emphasizing the importance of continuing education in developing university performance and enhancing its role in serving the community During the forum, seven (7) research papers were presented followed by a panel discussion, then the announcement of the recommendations and the distribution of certificates
Professor Dr. Munir Albadrani, the scientific advisor to Alnoor University, also participated in the forum, alongside a select group of academics and researchers from various Iraqi universities.
