The ,College of Law At Alnoor University, on the morning of Saturday, 1/11/2025, a scientific seminar titled 'Legal Responsibility for Breach of Electronic Transactions' was supervised by Dr. Faris Ahmed Ismael Ebrahem The lecturer at the college, along with the participation of two researchers specialized in the field, opened the seminar with a lecture by Professor Dr. Mustafa Natiq, a lecturer at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in which he addressed the concept of electronic transactions Lect. Asghar Abdulrazzaq Almusawi A lecture that dealt with criminal liability for breaches of electronic transactions
The symposium witnessed extensive interaction from the attendees, during which many scientific discussions were raised on ways to develop legal legislation to keep pace with digital developments in modern transactions.
