A faculty member at Alnoor University publishes a scientific research paper in an international journal

Assistant professor Dr. Ahmed Saeed Rashid The Head of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Alnoor University conducted a scientific research published in Alaraek International Journal entitled (Techniques for Using Artificial Intelligence and Its Relationship to Improving the Effectiveness, Quality, and Performance of Faculty Members at Alnoor University in Nineveh Governorate. The importance of the current research stems from the significance of the group it targets namely, the faculty members at Alnoor University in Nineveh Governorate. The importance of this study lies in its examination of the level of utilization of artificial intelligence technologies in our current era, which is witnessing extensive scientific developments in all fields of education and pedagogy. In addition, it aims to enhance the level of effectiveness, quality, and performance of the university’s faculty members. The significance of the current research also emerges from the fact that it addresses a modern topic within Iraqi universities and sheds light on the reality of using artificial intelligence technologies and their relationship to improving the quality, effectiveness, and performance of faculty members at Alnoor University in particular, and Iraqi universities in general.
