Assistant Professor Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Saeed Rasheed Hussein The Director of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Alnoor University, at the Sixth International Conference of Albayda University in the sister Republic of Yemen, with his research titled: (The Practice of Sports, Physical, and Recreational Activities and Their Relationship to Environmental Sports Awareness among the Colleges and Departments of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the Universities of Nineveh Governorate in Iraq) Sports, physical, and recreational activities represent an important aspect of shaping the student’s personality, due to the forms of interaction they provide, which grant the individual many traits related to social, psychological, mental, and physical aspects, in addition to physical and health fitness, the development of personal characteristics, and self-appreciation. They also help the individual get rid of some psychological disorders and reduce aggressive behavior, considering that sport is a means for releasing enegy.
