As part of Alnoor University’s ongoing efforts to support academic development and build human capacities, a number of the university’s faculty members participated in the “Certified Trainer Program in Soft Skills Development” organized by the Northern Technical University from December 21 to 24, 2025, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Aliya Abbas Alattar, the University President
The program witnessed the participation of each of Lecturer Dr. Muhammad Abdul-Jabbar Yahya The faculty member in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at College of Education ,Assistant Lect. Dr. Asmaa Youssef Dhanoon, a faculty member in the College of DentistryThe program featured a distinguished group of academics and experts, led by Professor Ali bin Hamad Al Badi, Dean of Gulf College in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman; Dr. Taqi bin Abdul Redha Alabdwani, CEO of the International Institute for Training and Institutional Development; alongside Dr. Mohammed Alazzawi
The program included a comprehensive training schedule that combined interactive lectures with practical applications, contributing to the enhancement of participants’ skills in training and soft skills development, and enabling them to transfer the acquired expertise to their educational institutions
This participation comes within the framework of Alnoor University’s commitment to developing the competencies of its academic staff and keeping pace with the requirements of modern education, thereby contributing to the advancement of the educational process and supporting the path of sustainable institutional development.
