The students of the College of Law and Political Science at Alnoor University continue to advance to the finals of the International Commercial Arbitration Competition
Under the direct supervision of the Dean College of Law and Political Science as Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed mustafa ali mustafa Under the continuous guidance of international trainers Ahmed Saad and Mohamed Mahdi, and with Assistant Lecturer Raed Khalaf Hamo, the first batch of online oral advocacy sessions in commercial dispute arbitration will take place on Saturday and Sunday as part of the International Commercial Arbitration Competition. The team from the College of Law and Political Science—comprising Dalal Qusay Mohammed, Saif Ghassan Dhanoon, and Mayar Salem Hussein—will deliver the first advocacy session as the respondent against the University of Sayoun from Yemen. The team’s second advocacy session as the respondent will be against Carthage University from Tunisia. This comes in preparation for advancing to the Round of 64 in the competition.
