A faculty member at Alnoor University publishes a scientific research paper in a peer-reviewed Iraqi journal

 Assistant professor Dr. Ahmed Saeed rashid ALtaee The Director of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Department at Alnoor University published a scientific research paper in the Journal of the University of Dhi Qar for Physical Education Sciences, issued by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, entitled: The Optimistic Athletic Personality and Its Relationship to Psychological Resilience among Players of Alnoor University Sports Teams.” The optimistic athletic personality is considered a temperamental trait that mediates the relationship between external events and an individual’s interpretation of them. It comprises cognitive, emotional, and motivational components. Individuals with a high level of this personality trait tend to use more effective coping strategies and are more persistent and successful.
