These physical and sports activities represent behaviors undertaken by individuals for work, recreation, treatment, or prevention, whether planned or spontaneous. There is no doubt that engaging in such activities has positive effects on individuals’ physical, psychological, social, cognitive, and economic well-being, particularly among persons with disabilities and special groups.
