Signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Colleges of Engineering at Alnoor University and University of Nineveh

An academic memorandum of understanding was signed between College of Engineering At Alnoor University and the College of Electronics Engineering at University of Nineveh on Wednesday, 11-2-2026, as part of enhancing scientific cooperation and exchanging academic expertise between the two institutions.
And the memorandum was signed on behalf of Alnoor University Professor Dr. Saad Altaan The Dean of the College of Engineering, with the memorandum signed on behalf of University of Nineveh by Professor Khalid Khalil Muhammad, emphasized expanding the horizons of partnership in the fields of engineering education and scientific research, contributing to the advancement of the academic journey and serving the community.
