The Dean of the College of Engineering Technology at Alnoor University chaired the discussion committee for a graduate student at University of Mosul

Professor Professor Dr. Kamel Ali Abd Almohseen , Dean of the College of Technical Engineering, At Alnoor University on Sunday, 15/2/2026, a committee held the defense of Master’s student Abd Abbas Muhammad Younis on his thesis submitted to the Department of Dam Engineering and Water Resources at the College of Engineering, University of Mosul, entitled (Flood Risk Assessment and Prediction for the Khans Dam Basin Using Climate Change Scenarios) After the discussion, he was awarded a certificate of appreciation for his effort in the scientific discussion and smart management.
