The Human Rights Division at Alnoor University organizes a seminar on unemployment and its impact on the human right to mental health

 Under the supervision of as Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed mustafa ali mustafa Dean of the College of Law and Political Science At Alnoor University, the Human Rights Division in the college, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a scientific seminar on Wednesday, 18/2/2026, entitled “Unemployment and Its Impact on the Individual’s Right to Mental Health”, under the supervision of Assistant Lect. Qidar Ahmed Mahmoud
The seminar addressed multiple topics related to the psychological and social effects of unemployment and its impact on the mental stability of both individuals and society, with lectures delivered by each of the following: Dr. aamer hadi And the assistant instructor, Ghufran Hasan, emphasized the importance of finding practical solutions that contribute to supporting mental health and enhancing employment opportunities in a manner consistent with human rights principles
The seminar was attended by students and faculty members, with the floor opened for discussion and exchange of views on ways to mitigate the psychological and social impacts of unemployment.
