A Faculty Member from Alnoor University Publishes a Scientific Research Paper in the Karbala Journal of Physical Education Sciences

 Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Saeed Rashid Altaie, Head of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Department, has published a scientific research paper in the Karbala Journal of Physical Education Sciences, issued by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala. The paper is entitled: (The Effectiveness of a Psychological Counseling Program in Reducing Fear of Failure and Developing Sports Courage among Female Players of the Iraqi Universities’ Northern Region Volleyball Teams).
It focuses on the players’ personality traits, including the trait of athletic courage. Proper preparation of female athletes is based on overcoming difficulties in all areas of life. This is achieved by placing athletes in situations that require self-control, or in situations that demand complex skill performance and overcoming hesitation or fear.
