Assistant Professor Dr. Sultan Abdul Rahman Fathi, Head of the Business Administration Technologies Department at College of Technical Management at Alnoor University, a scientific research paper entitled:
The Role of Soft Skills in Enhancing Teaching Performance: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Faculty Members in the Technical Colleges of Sulaimani Technical University.
The research addressed the importance of soft skills in developing teaching performance and their role in enhancing the competence of faculty members and improving the quality of the educational process, based on an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of instructors at the technical colleges of Sulaimani Technical University.
