All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the Master of the Messengers, Mohammad, and upon his family and esteemed companions.
Since our appointment as the Head of the Continuing Education Department at Alnoor University, we have strived to achieve higher standards in developing the competencies of staff in both direct and electronic education. Our goals include fostering scientific objectives that elevate scholars, thinkers, innovators, and researchers. Education and scientific research remain the foundation of all development and progress, as well as a wellspring of knowledge that leads societies to advancement, development, and creativity. Based on the above, and since the establishment of the Continuing Education Department at Alnoor University on October 23, 2019, this department has aimed to maintain continuous, fruitful, and solid communication with the community. We seek to bridge connections between our university and the scientific and cultural institutions in Nineveh Governorate, thereby fulfilling an exceptional scientific role in expanding the scope of sciences across all college disciplines and developing them in line with global scientific advancements. We aim to overcome the challenges that hinder this communication, diagnose the problems and obstacles facing the development of Iraqi society, and contribute to organizing training courses, workshops, seminars, lectures, as well as providing legal, administrative, and scientific consultations, along with other activities that promote sustainable development, cultural construction, and the desired stability sought by all members of Iraqi society. I would like to emphasize that in this new academic year, we will work on establishing an electronic platform dedicated to continuing education. Its objective will be to develop teaching staff and facilitate the registration process for applicants interested in workshops, courses, and seminars announced by the university's departments through the internet. This platform will also handle electronic attendance registration, issuance of participation certificates electronically, and other innovations that will enhance the scientific and cultural contributions of the Continuing Education Department.
In conclusion, I say that all of this is achieved thanks to the support of the university presidency, the deanships, and the scientific and humanitarian departments, along with the esteemed scholars and high competencies hosted by Alnoor University.
May Allah grant us success in serving this department and the university. Our final invocation is praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.

The Continuing Education Division aims to build a sustainable knowledge society that keeps pace with developments, elevates individual potential, and contributes to enhancing skills and knowledge through innovative educational programs based on scientific foundations, fostering progress and advancement.

To be pioneers in offering sustainable and innovative educational programs that enhance individuals' ability to engage in lifelong learning, contributing to the development of their skills and knowledge to keep pace with the continuous changes in the labor market and society.
