SDG117: Partnerships for the Goals

In today's interconnected world, enhancing access to technology and knowledge is crucial for idea exchange and innovation. Coordinating policies to help developing countries manage their debt, encouraging investment in the least developed countries, and fostering partnerships are vital for growth and sustainable development.
Achievements of Al-Noor College in the Goal of Partnerships for the Goals:

1. Organized a scientific workshop in the Department of Dentistry in collaboration with a German company.
2. Student participation in an advanced dental implant course in Turkey.
3. Participation in the 7th Dental Conference.
4. In collaboration with the Iraqi Chess Federation, the college participated in the Iraqi University Chess Championship.
5. In cooperation with the Orthopedic Surgery Unit of Nineveh Health Department, a faculty member from the Department of Dentistry participated in a specialized scientific seminar on orthodontic and facial surgery.
6. Participation of the Student Activities Division in the national workshop for the new scouting and guiding programs.
7. A delegation from the college visited the Sunni Endowment Directorate to plan social and awareness activities.
8. Support and participation in the Mosul Chamber of Commerce Festival.
9.The Media Department participated in the first Media Forum held at the Northern Technical University.
10. In collaboration with the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul, the college hosted the 19th International Scientific Conference and the 10th Young Researchers Conference.
11. Collaboration with Injaz Platform for Employment to offer courses for graduates of the college.
12. Support and participation in the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Development Technologies, organized by the Northern Technical University.
13. A delegation from the college met with representatives from the Middle Technical University and the Northern Technical University to discuss mutual cooperation and activation of twin agreements.
14. Hosted the President of the Artists' Union / Nineveh Branch to discuss the organization of the first Music and Heritage Festival.
15. Hosted a delegation from the Iraqi Journalists Union / Nineveh Branch.
16. Welcomed Dr. Mazahim Al-Khayat, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education, to discuss student services and ways to develop private education in Iraq.
17. Hosted a cultural festival supported by the Nineveh Governor and local cultural figures to support the artistic community in Nineveh.
18. Visit by MP Mansour Al-Muraidi from the Parliamentary Energy and Electricity Committee to discuss various topics.
19. Active participation and support for the Leadership Youth Forum – Nineveh, organized by the International Academy for Leadership and Development (IALD) at the University of Mosul.
20. Welcomed a delegation from Nineveh Media Agency to explore cooperation with media outlets.
21. Participation in the 20th Arab Media Forum held in Jumeirah, Dubai.
22. Participation in the Nineveh 2022 Forum for Sector Development, organized by the Liberation Development Association in cooperation with Nineveh University and funded by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
23. Active participation in a virtual seminar on institutional and professional development, discussing how to foster a culture of innovation.
24. Visited by Dr. Wadi Al-Qadu, MP for Nineveh, to the college.
25. A delegation visited the Nineveh Court of Appeals to discuss training opportunities for law students.
26. Visited by MP Talib Al-Muhammadi from Nineveh.
27. Participation in the Badminton Championship in Baghdad.
28. Signed a cooperation agreement with the College of Health and Medical Technologies, including curriculum collaboration and exchange of books for training workshops.
29. Agreed with Mosul Sports Club to provide support from the college.
30. Hosted Dr. Mohamed Elghabani, President of the International Association of Universities, to discuss mutual visits and international conferences in various disciplines.
31. Dean of the college met with Yusuf Al-Rakabi from International Life Agency to highlight the college’s achievements, scientific rigor, and academic standing.
32. Delegation participated in the ADEEC International Dental Conference held in the UAE.
33. Hosted the 8th Biannual Conference of the Iraqi Medical Students Association.
34. Participation in the International Conference on Sustainable Development at the University of Mosul.
35. Hosted the Nineveh Cycling Union Championship.
