A professor at Al-Noor University College participates in the discussion of a PhD student in the faculty of law at Mosul University

Dr. Hassan Mohammed Ali Hassan Al-Bannan, professor at the Departmen of law at Al-Noor University College, participated in the discussion Committee of the PhD student Iyad Tariq about his thesis in public law, administrative law specialty, which he submitted to the faculty of law at the University of Mosul entitled (disciplinary decisions-comparative study). The discussion took place on Thursday morning, 2023/7/27, in the hall of Martyr Professor Dr. Layla Saeed at the faculty of law of Mosul University, where its committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khurshid Al-Mufraji from the faculty of law at the University of Kirkuk. The committee`s membership included Assistant Professor Dr. Naktal Ibrahim Abd Al-Rahman, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Rabiei, Professor Dr. Ali mohamed Reza and Professor Dr. Qaidar Abdul-Qader Saleh as a supervisor. The thesis was licensed with rating of excellence and adorned with the presence of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, president of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Munir Al-Badrani, assistant president of the University Scientific Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Wissam Nemat Al-Saadi, dean of the faculty of law at the University of Mosul.
