""Education...Innovation & Future"" At the exhibition's commencement, His Excellency, the Minister of Higher Education, delivered a significant address, followed by Professor Dr. Muzahim Qasim Al-Khayat, Chairman of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, who also delivered a speech.
Then Mr. Selar Bzarkan, the Chairman of the SB Group's Board of Directors, delivered the keynote speech as the main sponsor.
Afterward, Mr. Nicholas Davies, the representative of Times in the Middle East and Africa, presented the National Excellence Initiative. Then, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Zaki, the representative of Elsevier in the Middle East and Africa, delivered his speech. Following these speeches, His Excellency the Minister inaugurated the conference exhibitions.
