Al-Noor University holds a ceremony to honor those who contributed to organizing the Mosul Heritage Day.

In the presence of Professor Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar, President of Al-Noor University, and Mr. Wissam Salem, member of the Nineveh Provincial Council and Chairman of the Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities Committee, the university held a special ceremony to honor participants and collaborating entities involved in the Mosul Heritage Day events. These events, organized by Al-Noor University from June 27 to 29, 2024, through its cultural and social institution, Baytna, recognized the contributions of representatives from various organizations including the Colleges of Fine Arts, Tourism Sciences, and Archaeology at the University of Mosul, the Institutes of Fine Arts for Girls and Boys, the Training and Preparation Department of the Nineveh Education Directorate, the Sunni Endowment Directorate, the Nineveh Antiquities Inspectorate, and the Artists' Syndicate, as well as Al-Noor University staff and Baytna. The final ceremony, which highlighted key ideas to enhance this cultural tradition in its upcoming fourth edition, was enriched by the presence of Mr. Khalid Musellet Al-Jubouri, Director General of Nineveh Education, Dr. Mohammed Nayef Mahmoud, Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, Dr. Nashat Mubarak, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, Dr. Ismail Abdulwahab, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Jubouri, Dean of the College of Arts at Al-Noor University, along with several vice deans, heads of scientific departments, and directors of Nineveh government departments, as well as numerous participants.
