Two days before the commencement of the conference on the integration of media and communication into the international relations system.

The final meeting of the committees for the conference on integrating media and communication into international relations took place at 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 21, 2024. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Ismail Abdul Wahab, the university's president assistant for scientific affairs, and was attended by all members.
During the meeting, the committee discussed the logistics of hosting a successful in-person and virtual conference. Topics included session hall arrangements, creating a conference archive, hospitality and guest services, and bilingual presentations in Arabic and English.
