The first session of the first international Alnoor conference for Arabic narrative at Alnoor University on Wednesday 10/9/2024
As part of the First International Alnoor Conference on Arabic Narration, hosted by Alnoor University's College of Education in collaboration with the Nineveh Writers and Authors Union, the first research session was held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. The session was chaired by Iraqi writer Ali Al-Fawaz, President of the General Union of Writers and Authors in Iraq, with Assistant Professor Dr. Jassim Khalaf Elias serving as rapporteur. Four research papers were presented: "Narrative between Space and Time" by critic Yassin Al-Naseer "Neighboring Language: The Theory of the Second Face of the Stylistics of Novel Writing" by Assistant Professor Dr. Khaled Ali Yas "Tasks of Modernist Narration in Thamer Mayouf's Collection Inhabitants of Destruction" by Professor Dr. Ahmed Jarallah "Physical Harm in the Postmodern Novel: The Beirut City of the World Trilogy by Rabi' Jaber" by Professor Dr. Sahar Risan. Following the research presentations, three literary testimonies were shared by writers Amjad Tawfiq, Ahmed Khalaf, and Hanoun Majeed.
