The second session of the Alnoor International Conference for Arabic Narrative on Wednesday, October 9, 2024

Alnoor University hosted the second session of the First International Conference on Arabic Narrative. Professor Dr. Faisal Ghazi Al Nuaimi chaired the session, with Dr. Hajar Salem serving as rapporteur. The session featured five research papers and two testimonies.
The second session of the First International Conference on Arabic Narrative featured five research papers and two testimonies. Professor Dr. Muhammad Jawad Al-Badrani presented the first research, titled "The Incident of the Mythologizer and the Mythologizer of the Real in the Offerings of Ershigal." Professor Dr. Diaa Abdul-Ghani Al-Aboudi presented the second research, titled "The Overlap of Literary Genres in the Structure of the News in the Book Anas Al-Masun and Rahat Al-Majzun." Critic Abbas Khalaf presented the third research, titled "The Cultural Dimensions of the Symbolic System in the Construction of Meaning: The Universal Text as a Model." Critic Marwan Yassin presented the fourth research, titled "Manifestations of Modernity and Post-Modernity in the Iraqi Novel: The Power of Imagination in Reformulating the Relationship with History, Identity, and Place." Professor Dr. Khalil Shukri Hayas presented the fifth research, titled "Titling and the Diversity of the Threshold Vision in the Novelistic Text." Two testimonies were also shared. Short story writer Buthaina Al-Nasiri and Dr. Qais Omar presented their respective testimonies.
