A faculty member at Alnoor University wins the Encouragement Award in an Arabic Poetry Competition.

Alnoor University is home to many distinguished individuals who consistently make a strong impact in every event or competition. In this context, where the names of outstanding individuals are constantly competing, Assistant Lecturer Zaid Saleh from the Department of Arabic Language at the C College of Education. , Alnoor University, won the Encouragement Award in the Al-Badr Poetry Competition for praising the "Clear Light" in the United Arab Emirates with his poem “Ascension to the Tree of Lights.” Poet Zaid Saleh is one of the young, dedicated poets from Nineveh, skillfully and confidently carving his path in the world of creativity to affirm his unique identity and presence, and to secure his rightful place at the forefront.
The poet previously participated in the First International Nineveh Poetry Forum, organized by Alnoor University in July 2023, where he recited one of his poems during the poetry reading sessions.
