Administrative Contracts as the Topic of a Seminar at Alnoor University

In the presence of Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, President of Alnoor University, and as part of the university’s Continuing Education Program, the Human Rights Division in the ,College of Law in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit in the college, organized a seminar on Saturday, February 8, 2025, titled "Administrative Contracts and Their Impact on Employee Rights." The seminar was supervised by Assistant Lecturer Qaidar Ahmed Mahmoud and featured two lectures: the first, "Administrative Contracts in Iraqi Law," delivered by Dr. Husam Mohsin a faculty member in the college, and the second, "The Impact of Administrative Contracts on Employee Rights," presented by Assistant Lecturer Qaidar Ahmed Mahmoud. The seminar was also attended by Professor Dr. Khzaal Fahti Zaidan Dean of the College of Education. at Alnoor University.
