With utmost hospitality, Alnoor University received on the morning of Saturday, July 19, 2025, its guests from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and from Iraqi universities who are participating in the activities of the Higher Education Platform Conference. At the forefront of the delegation were Professor Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayyat, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Higher Education, and Professor Dr. Haider Abdul-Dhahad, Deputy Minister of Higher Education for Scientific Affairs, along with university presidents and members of their university councils.
