A faculty member from Alnoor University chaired the master's thesis defense committee of a student at the University of Duhok

The experienced professor DR.Raya Jasim Mohammed Alnaimi a faculty member in the College of Dentistry At Alnoor University, on the morning of Thursday, October 30, 2025, a committee convened to examine the master’s thesis of student Sandra Wasfi Dinkha, submitted to the Department of Pediatric Dentistry in the College of Dentistry at the University of Duhok, entitled: (Fears and Anxiety of Primary School Students in the City of Duhok in the Field of Dentistry, and Their Relationship to Their Oral Health Status)
The thesis addressed the study of the psychological and behavioral factors influencing children’s experiences during their visits to the dentist, and the extent to which these fears are related to their oral health condition, with the aim of contributing to the development of therapeutic and educational strategies that reduce anxiety and promote oral and dental health among children.
