Alnoor University holds a moot court session between the students of its College of Law and Political Science and the students of the College of Law at the University of Duhok

As part of strengthening students’ practical performance and within the International Commercial Arbitration Competition, hosted College of Law and Political Science At Alnoor University, represented by the Dean Assistant professor Dr. Ahmed mustafa ali The team of the College of Law at the University of Duhok, where a moot court was held between the two colleges’ teams, contributed to strengthening the practical dimension of the students’ academic knowledge. The above-mentioned participation demonstrated the distinguished role and diligent efforts made by the students and their coaches, in addition to their accurate responses to the questions of the arbitration panel, while adhering to both substantive and formal requirements, thereby highlighting the distinguished standing of the Iraqi universities participating in this competition. This comes as a result of the continuous support and follow-up by the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Ali, and the efforts made by the international coaches Ahmed Saad and Mohammed Mahdi to ensure securing the qualification ticket for the in-person pleadings scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
