A workshop at the College of Dentistry, Alnoor University, on applications of artificial intelligence in dentistry

On Tuesday morning, January 21, 2025, the College of Dentistry At Alnoor University on the morning of Tuesday, 2/12/2025, a scientific workshop supervised by Prof. Dr. Talal Hameed Mohammed Alsalman, The Dean of the Faculty, where it included a comprehensive introduction to artificial intelligence and its growing applications in education and scientific research, presented by The assistant teacher Nashwan Salah aldin Darwish
The lecture specifically addressed the most prominent modern technologies used in diagnosing oral and dental diseases, developing treatment plans, analyzing radiographic images, in addition to the role of artificial intelligence in supporting educational practices and improving the quality of clinical training
The workshop concluded with extensive discussions among the participants on ways to utilize these technologies within the academic environment and teaching clinics at the college, contributing to the enhancement of skills and the advancement of students’ scientific and practical outcomes.
