Judge Moaad Abdel Wahab is giving a lecture at Alnoor University on the Code of Civil Procedure

In the presence of Prof. Dr. Yaseen Taha Alhajjar, The President of Alnoor University established the Legal Clinic and Continuing Education Unit College of Law and Political Science At the university, on the morning of Tuesday, December 2, 2025, a specialized educational session was held addressing the practical provisions of the Civil Procedure Law and litigation procedures before the courts
The session was supervised by Dr. Mohammed Saeed Alrahoo ,Dr. Faris Ahmed Ismael Ebrahemthe faculty members at the college, while the lecture was delivered by Judge Maad Abdul Wahab, who reviewed the most important practical issues in the application of the law, and explained the litigation mechanisms according to the established legal contexts, illustrating examples of cases and procedures followed in Iraqi courts. The session was attended Professor Dr. Ismail Abdulwahhab Ismail The Scientific Assistant to the University President and to each Dean College of Education and Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science and Scientific Advisor
