A faculty member at Alnoor University has published a research paper in the field of judicial expertise in a peer-reviewed scientific journal

The Journal of Nineveh for Legal Studies, issued by the College of Law at the University of Nineveh, has published a new scientific research paper. For Dr. Fares Ahmed Aldulaimi,Assistant Professor at College of Law and Political Science At Alnoor University, entitled:
(Judicial expertise within the framework of international courts)
The research addressed the issue of judicial expertise as an important technical and legal tool relied upon by international judiciary in resolving disputes, highlighting the role of experts in supporting international judicial bodies with specialized information that contributes to the achievement of justice.
The research also reviewed the legal frameworks governing the use of judicial expertise in international courts, the mechanisms for selecting experts, and the limits of their role, as well as identifying the challenges facing this type of expertise in light of the evolving nature and increasing complexity of international cases.
This academic achievement further confirms the presence of the academic staff of Alnoor University in scholarly forums and their active contribution to enriching legal scientific research at both the local and international levels.
