The College of Dentistry at Alnoor University continues its educational activities on the occasion of the Iraqi Dentist Day

As part of the celebration of Iraqi Dentist Day, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Talal Hameed Mohammed Alsalman Dean of the College of Dentistry At Alnoor University, the college continued its activities on Sunday, March 29, 2026, for the second consecutive day, as part of an integrated educational program aimed at enhancing public health awareness within the community.
The activities also featured college students distributing educational kits that included instructional posters, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, as part of an initiative aimed at promoting healthy habits and encouraging proper oral hygiene. In addition, the college’s teaching staff continued delivering awareness and educational lectures that addressed methods of maintaining oral and dental health, as well as the importance of preventing oral diseases, within the college’s ongoing efforts to spread health awareness among various segments of society.
In the same context, Alnoor FM Radio, affiliated with the university, dedicated a series of interviews with a group of specialists in the field of dentistry. These interviews are broadcast over the days of celebrating this occasion, aiming to highlight the most prominent health and awareness issues related to oral and dental health.
