A University of Alnoor faculty member serves as a member of a master’s thesis defense committee at the University of Tikrit

Assistant Professor Dr. Nazim Younis Saleh, a faculty member in the Department of Translation at the College of Arts, Alnoor University, participated as a member of the committee for the defense of a master’s thesis in Translation, submitted by postgraduate student Sarhan Sabri Muhammad Hassan to the College of Arts at the University of Tikrit.
The thesis was entitled (Evaluating the Translation of News Tickers into English on Al-Sharqiya News Channel.) It addressed a topic related to the translation of news media content and the linguistic accuracy and specialized translation skills required to convey news content into English accurately and effectively.
