A faculty member at Alnoor University publishes a scientific research paper in the Journal of Education for the Humanities

Assistant Lecturer Hossam Mohammed Jassim, Rapporteur of the Department of Geography and Geographic Information Systems at the College of Arts, University of Alnoor, has published a joint scientific research paper in the Journal of Education for Humanities Sciences, issued by the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Mosul.
The research was titled: (Integrating Cartography and Geographic Information Systems in the Spatial Analysis of Topographic Features in Alhamdaniya District.) It examined the importance of integrating cartography with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies in studying and analyzing topographic features, contributing to a more accurate spatial understanding of the geographical characteristics of the study area.
The publication of this research comes as part of the ongoing scientific and research activities of the faculty members of the College of Arts at Alnoor University, and reflects the university’s commitment to supporting scientific output and strengthening the presence of its researchers in peer-reviewed academic journals, thereby contributing to geographical studies through modern applications in the fields of spatial analysis and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
