Two professors from the Department of Physical Education at Al-Noor University College, Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Miqdad Salem and Assistant Lecturer Ashraf Majid Hamid, participated in the work of the Second International Scientific Conference, which was held at the College of Basic Education at Saladin University in Erbil under the title (Education Issues and Its Challenges in Light of Cognitive and Technological Developments).
