With the direct field presence of Dr. Khalid Awni Almukhtar, Director of the Directorate of Civil Status and Passports in Nineveh, Brigadier Hakim Daham, the Deputy Director, and Dr. Bashar Mahmoud, and through an initiative by the Directorate and effective cooperation from Alnoor University, a mobile team station for issuing the Unified National Card was established at the University Presidency, which provided all necessary facilities for the station’s work on Tuesday morning, 25/2/2025. This was preceded by coordination between the team and the university staff to determine the date and provide the required arrangements for members of the university family who had not yet obtained the card. The university community and their families were divided into two groups, with two scheduled appointments during the day. An electronic queue system was adopted to organize the workflow. The procedures for issuing the national cards for everyone proceeded smoothly and efficiently.
