Alnoor Journal for Legal Studies publishes a new research paper on the legal protection of health institutions and medical staff

The journal Alnoor for Legal Studies one of the peer-reviewed scientific periodicals issued by Alnoor University, has published a new scientific research paper To Assistant Professor Dr. Fares Ahmad Ismail , a faculty member from the College of Law and Political Science At Alnoor University, it carried the title: (Violation of the Legal Protection Provisions for Medical Facilities and Personnel / The War on Gaza as a Model, 2023–2024–2025)
The research examines and analyzes the extent of the violations suffered by healthcare institutions and medical personnel during the war on Gaza, highlighting the clear breach of the rules of international humanitarian law and the international conventions that guarantee the protection of these vital groups, and explaining the humanitarian and legal consequences resulting from these violations.
The researcher, through his study, emphasized the necessity of activating international accountability mechanisms against those who violate these provisions, and of working to strengthen international commitment to protecting medical personnel and healthcare facilities during armed conflicts.
