The Human Rights Division at the Presidency of Alnoor University organized a scientific workshop entitled (Workers’ Rights in National and International Legislation), supervised by Lecturer Qidar Ahmed Mahmoud And attended by each of: Dr. Hani Younis Ahmed Dr. Luay Hikmat and Mr. Raad Ismail Hassan Albadrani, Director of the Department of Retirement and Social Security for Workers in Nineveh, along with a number of specialists and those interested in legal and human rights affairs

The workshop addressed the key rights guaranteed to workers under national and international legislation, highlighting the mechanisms of legal protection, the importance of promoting awareness of workers’ rights, and the role of official institutions in ensuring their fair and effective implementation.

The workshop concluded with discussions and interventions that emphasized the importance of continuing to hold such events in order to promote legal culture and human rights within the academic and community environment.

Coinciding with International Workers’ Day, the event witnessed the honoring of a select group of members of Alnoor University in recognition of their dedication and continuous efforts in serving the educational institution.
